Pinterest Thanksgiving!

Last Thanksgiving, we were invited over to our friends' house to cook for everyone. It was my first time co-hosting a dinner, and having guests actually eat the food I cook (other than my hubby of course). Went on a research frenzy on what to serve! I ended up with these fabulous dishes!

One Pot Chicken and Potatoes
I needed a chicken dish where i can just marinade and leave in the oven, while I focus on cooking the other dishes. This turned out to be perfect!

My mother-in-law's special lasagna recipe which my hubby made!

My best secret beef steak recipe
That's a no brainer for pinoys, but mine has a twist. Hint: add dairy.

Hubby helped me bake and cook everything in 3 hours! We didn't have Turkey because it would take a day to make it, and we do not have the time and the commitment for such bird. (No worries, we attended other Thanksgiving parties as well, and we were able to have Turkey!)

This is me frowning at hubby for taking photos of me in bad angles while I'm busy cooking.

Our big move to Canada has just been so overwhelming, and we have so much to thank for. We thank our good friends who have made Peterborough a new home for us, and for the many blessings that have come our way since our move here. Thanks to our friends for letting us cook for them, and for hosting our first thanksgiving! So much love!

I'm now a few months away from thinking of dishes to make for our second Thanksgiving! I'm thinking of a brunch thanksgiving, what do you think? If you find pins, send it to us at our Pinterest account Titas of Pinterest!

Love,
